Sampler workshops are offered monthly to groups and departments, typically as lunch & learn sessions. Serving as introduction to mindfulness, sampler workshops cover a variety mindful activities, including but not limited to:

  • mindful eating

  • mindful listening & communication

  • the science of mindfulness
